Credits Purchases

Credits are delivered instantly upon successful payment. Unused credits are refundable within 7 days of purchase upon request, less payment processing fees where applicable.

Investments

Investments are contributions toward app development and are generally non-refundable once work commences. If a transaction was made in error, contact support immediately and we will review on a case-by-case basis.

How to Request

To request a cancellation or refund, email asif@vibeclub.life from your account email with your order details.

Processing Time

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing times vary by provider (typically 5–10 business days).
